Shipping Policy
• Please allow 1-2 business days for processing & payment verification. However, we do our best to ship orders within 2-3 business days.
• Please allow 3-4 business days for processing pre-orders. Shipping items will arrive in 4-13 days.
• Orders placed on the weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
• Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation will be sent to your e-mail with a tracking number. If the shipping address was inputted incorrectly or you’d like to amend the information, please contact Customer Care immediately via email. Changes cannot be made once the order has been shipped.
• All shoe orders ship separate from clothing

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
All International orders are shipped via UPS, DHL or FEDEX.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Exquisite Riches Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number states that your order was delivered and you have not received it, please contact USPS directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported to the Mail Carriers Claims Department.
As soon as your order ships, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided with your order.
